Cambridge University Press Site - Crest Nicholson and Luminus Group
The residential redevelopment of The Cambridge University Press Site at Fitzwilliam Road will mainly compose of 4 and 5 storey buildings and will include 30% affordable housing. There will be formal and informal open space and land will be reserved for a guided bus route along the eastern boundary of the site. The development will include landmark buildings as distinct focal points within the site.
